Abstract

The Turus Karya Mandiri Cooperative, which is based on law within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and was established on April 16 2020 in Sukabumi, West Java, is a joint venture engaged in agricultural product production services, plantations and accommodating agricultural products from farmer groups and farmers in the Sukabumi area of Java West. The problem in this study is the large number of lost circle data and cooperative cash disbursements. The cause of data loss is because there is no computerized system, the data is still stored in piles of paper without backing up files in the system. So that it takes a lot of time for workers to find the data they want. The purpose of this research is to create a Management Information System and provide recommendations on the system of limiting and disbursing cash at the Turus Karya Mandiri Cooperative. This study uses the Zachman Framework method. The results of this research are the application of cash capture and disbursement information systems at the Turus Karya Mandiri Cooperative used for goods data collection, transaction data collection, expenditure data collection. It is hoped that this application can make cooperative management more effective and efficient.
