ANALISIS TINGKAT AKURASI INDIKATOR EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGE DAN RELATIVE STRENGTH INDEX PADA BITCOIN DAN ETHEREUM (PERIODE 2017 – 2023)

In the current era, technology has developed rapidly in various sectors, one of which is quite significant, namely the presence of digital currency with blockchain technology which brings changes in economic movements by carrying the name cryptocurrency. In this study the aim is to measure the data accuracy rate of the exponential moving average indicator and the relative strength index in technical analysis of cryptocurrency digital currency. This research takes data from two digital cryptocurrencies Bitcoin and Ethereum with the period 2017 – 2023 as the object of the research. The results of the research on the accuracy of the Exponential Moving Average indicator on Bitcoin during the 2017 – 2023 period is to obtain an accuracy rate of 53.33 % while on Ethereum during the 2017 – 2023 period is to obtain an accuracy rate of 41.18 %. And for the research results the accuracy of the Relative Strength Index indicator on Bitcoin during the period 2017
– 2023 obtains an accuracy rate of 75 % while on Ethereum during the period 2017
– 2023 obtains an accuracy rate of 69.5 %.
