Abstract

Maintaining a stock of goods (inventory of goods) or other property enables tracking and counting of the company's assets. Keeping track of inventory is crucial if every item in a company needs to be carefully monitored and recorded. However, PT Dasan Pan Pacific Indonesia continues to employ manual data recording techniques, such as item identity data that is not well organized in warehouses and Microsoft Excel programs. Employees find it challenging to locate inventory and commodities in the warehouse because doing so takes a lot of time and is not practical. Therefore, keeping track of inventory goods can be difficult when doing administrative tasks Thus, it may become impossible for the purchasing administrator to acquire inventory goods for data collection The major goal of this study is to develop an online inventory information system that can be accessed via the web, which should eliminate data duplication and collecting errors. The framework method of Togaf ADM (Architecture Development Method), which offers a thorough approach to designing, planning, executing, and monitoring Enterprise Architecture, is used to construct the system. In the future, businesses should find it simpler to assist warehouse personnel in performing their jobs more effectively thanks to this strategy.
