Abstract

The main goal of SMA Al-Masthuriyah, an educational institution, is to educate the nation's life. It is responsible with managing activities related to education. However, despite technological advances, SMA Al-Masthuriyah has not been able to make the most of computer technology for managing various types of academic data. in the agenda book, where the information is still stored. Specifically, information on new students and information on academic grades must be recorded in the form of a leaflet which must be given to the vice principal for curriculum validation, followed by the principal, and finally submitted to the academic/staff division for inclusion in Microsoft Office. And again, the student's guardian can only see the results of the student's abilities after the completion of the study period, usually at the time of distributing student report cards. For better facilities and infrastructure in the future, it is very important to create a school academic information system in this education unit. The FEAF approach, a conceptual model with a coordinated structure across departments and business units, is used in this design to communicate organizational goals and ambitions. To facilitate the creation of an anticipatory system, research findings are presented in the form of a blueprint and user interface for an academic information system for use in schools.
