Abstract

Smart Genusian Mobile App is a system that allows users to archive activities inside and outside lectures, and convert them into CVs after being validated. Many students have difficulty making CVs and portfolios, therefore this study aims to design a UI/UX Design Smart Genusian Mobile App as a solution. UI/UX design is done to get feedback from users and understand system requirements. The Design Thinking method was used in this study with the Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. Thus, the design of the UI/UX Design Smart Genusian Mobile App uses the Design Thinking method to overcome these problems. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method is used to assess the usability level of the product. The prototype will be tested by 10 examiners who have previously filled out the questionnaire. Calculations in SUS are performed by subtracting the score for the odd algorithm, subtracting the score for the even statements, and multiplying the total score by a factor of 2.5. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the design of the UI/UX Design Smart Genusian Mobile App uses the Design Thinking method. The prototype tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method obtained a total score of 88.25, indicating that the design was acceptable, had a grade B scale, and received an excellent rating. Keywords: UI/UX Design, Payment System, Design Thinking Method.
