ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI PROJEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA PADA SEKOLAH PENGGERAK DI SDIT NABAWI KECAMATAN CARINGIN KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

SDIT Nabawi is implementing the Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles in the 2022/2023 school year with the type of Project activities namely making ecobricks and other project activities that are based on the values of Pancasila student profiles. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the principal, the role and involvement of teachers, challenges and constraints, solutions and positive impacts on students related to the implementation of a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile at SDIT Nabawi, Caringin District, Sukabumi Regency.
This research method uses a qualitative approach to descriptive research by means of observation, interviews, and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles at Nabawi Elementary School runs smoothly and thoroughly. In the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, there were challenges and obstacles faced by teachers, namely related to time that had not been maximized, the psychological condition of students who were not ready and the structure of activities that had not been optimal. The solution to the obstacles and constraints faced is by maximizing the potential and resources of the school, carrying out PMO or workshops directed by the facilitator, collaborating with parents and evaluating projects that have been carried out. The positive impact that students receive is more able to increase the values in the Pancasila student profile, respect their social and emotional environment, and increase knowledge and skills.
