PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP ANAK SEBAGAI KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN SEKSUAL DI INSTANSI PENDIDIKAN

The rise of cases of sexual violence against children is one of the serious problems facing the government at this time related to the government's efforts to implement Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. Educational institutions should be the safest place for children to seek knowledge, but sexual violence against children also occurs in educational institutions. Sexual violence can seriously impact both physically and psychologically, as well as disrupting their educational process. So that legal protection is needed to ensure justice for victims and prevent sexual violence from occurring in educational institutions. The problems in this research are focused and put forward in the formulation of the research problem, namely what are the factors for the occurrence of sexual violence and how is the legal protection for child victims of sexual violence in educational institutions. This study uses the Normative juridical method by using this method to describe data or the state of the subject and object of research and then analyze and compare it based on the current reality so that it can solve the problems in this research and can provide up-to-date information that is useful for the development of science. The results of this study are regarding the form of legal protection carried out by DP3A Sukabumi Regency, namely by making programs to prevent sexual violence against children, especially in educational institutions, namely by having a child-friendly school program.
