Widaria Kencana Building or abbreviated as GWK is one of several buildings located in Sukabumi. This business offers about leasing building facilities for the general public, individuals or groups. In the process of business activities, GWK has implemented strategic planning, but in the prospect of planning it does not meet business targets, other problems in recording reservation data and customer data are sometimes only limited to writing in books, inputting them to Ms.Word and Ms. Excel. However, sometimes GWK in sharing and promoting its business is still limited to social media. Therefore, GWK must have a strategic planning for information systems and technology to achieve future business goals. In conclusion, strategic planning with Enterprise Architecture is one of the best solutions to support business organizations. Therefore, the authors conducted
