UPAYA PROMOSI BUBUR ODEON DAN ROTI PRIANGAN SEBAGAI KULINER KHAS KOTA SUKABUMI MELALUI PRODUKSI FILM DOKUMENTER

The background for the creation of this work is based on the condition of the city of Sukabumi as a city in West Java which has almost no natural tourism potential, so it is necessary to explore other potentials of the city. Looking from history, Sukabumi City has great potential in the unique culinary sector which can be promoted as a tourist attraction. From these conditions, the authors found Roti Priangan (Oey Tjiang Lie) and Porridge Odeon which are located in the Odeon Chinatown area which are unique enough to be promoted as special culinary delights. The research method used is explorative research method, namely by researching the past. While the data analysis method used is the 5W+1H analysis, which was chosen to be able to dissect the research object in detail. Data collection was obtained from related literature studies as well as interviews with local historians, business people from Priangan Bread and Odeon Porridge which were then published as the main material for the documentary film. The selection of promotional media for documentary films is based on their nature which presents facts as they are, and the utilization of digital internet access in its distribution is a suitable medium as an effort to show the existence of the typical culinary delights of the City of Sukabumi broadly.
