STRATEGI PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI MENJADI WIRAUSAHAWAN PADA USIA PRODUKTIF DI DESA SUKAMANAH KECAMATAN CISAAT

This research aims to find out the motivation, driving factors, and strategies that must be done so that the motivation and driving factors to become an entrepreneur in Sukamanah Village increase. This thesis uses descriptive-qualitative research methods using data collection through interview methods and literature studies. The results of this study show the motivation of productive age youth: setting up their own business because of freer activities, and channeling hobbies, for the driving factors of getting a much larger income, feeling satisfied working alone, and having high self-confidence. Then this study shows the results of strategies to increase motivation and motivating factors for productive-age youth to become entrepreneurs are Keeping up with the times and adapting to change are important strategies in entrepreneurship. By implementing this strategy and maintaining high motivation, will have a strong foundation to increase motivation and driving factors to become an entrepreneur.
