PENGARUH PROMOSI, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG OBJEK WISATA JEMBATAN GANTUNG SITU GUNUNG SUKABUMI JAWA BARAT

The implementation of regional development is an integral part of national development targeting developing regions and coordinating the rate of growth in Indonesia. Sukabumi Regency has diverse tourism reliability such as the Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge which has beautiful natural scenery. The sample methodology used in this study is by using non-probability sampling with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample size used is 160 respondents. Data analysis used in this study used Software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25. The analytical methods used included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test which consisted of three, namely data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The parametric statistical test for this research data uses multiple regression analysis. And the results of the study namely Promotion, Service Quality and Price have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Situ Mount Sukabumi suspension bridge tourist attraction, West Java. This is evidenced by the results of 74.8%, meaning that the promotion variable (X1), service quality (X2) and price (X3) have an effect on visitor satisfaction (Y) while the remaining 25.2% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.
