TINJAUAN YURIDIS TERHADAP ANAK SEBAGAI KORBAN DALAM TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN SEKSUAL

Children are gifts from God Almighty who are the future of the nation who are entitled to
protection from various forms of violence. However, the phenomenon of sexual violence
against children in Indonesia which continues to increase every year brings various
negative impacts that affect the future of children. Various types of sexual violence that are
rife in Indonesia leave deep trauma that has a long-term impact on children as victims.
Therefore, proper handling is a step that must be considered by child protection providers
in order to achieve optimal recovery. This research was conducted using descriptive
qualitative analytical legal specifications with an approach that is in line with statutory,
conceptual and case approaches, through literature study data collection techniques and
interviews with library data collection tools with descriptive analysis methods. The results
of the research show that the physical, psychological and social impacts are the impacts
arising from sexual violence against children. The forms of legal protection for child
victims of sexual violence such as rehabilitation, restitution, compensation, assistance and
reintegration must be properly implemented, both in writing and in practice so that optimal
recovery can be achieved for child victims of sexual violence.
