ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN PENGELOLAAN DATA ADMINISTRASI MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN ELISITASI (STUDI KASUS : LKP PUTRA PUTRI INDONESIA)

The purpose of this research is to analyze and design an administrative data management system at LKP3I, where the current information system still uses office tools. In analyzing user needs, the authors use an elicitation approach because
stakeholders want updates to replace the information system existing. As for the development of information systems using the waterfall model because of practical and systematic aspects. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Information systems built using Microsoft Visual Studio, and Ms. Access as database management. For testing using BlackBox testing. From the
results of the research based on the elicitation approach produced a prototype administrative data management system, with a positive response from the LKP3I administrative information system stakeholders through the evaluation of the user system, so that the resulting prototype was very good to be applied to the institution
