RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING PRESENSI SISWA BERBASIS MOBILE MENGGUNAKAN METODE SDLC (SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE) PADA SMK AL-BASHRY

Student presence is something that cannot be separated from teaching and learning activities in schools. According to the Big Indonesian dictionary, presence is presence. Attendance is often a problem that parents often ask teachers at school. The purpose and target of this research is to build an android application that can help parents of students in monitoring the presence of their children every time they are in school, to find out whether their children are in school or not at school (skipping). Parents only need to check the child's presence via a smartphone / Android that has been made by the researcher. This application is built using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with stages consisting of planning, analysing, designing,
implementing, testing and managing so that it can be well structured. Thus the realization of student attendance applications in schools can be monitored online by
parents / users. Application development is designed through analysis and design using object-oriented methods using UML (Unified Modelling Language) as a
language in designing the model, and is built using Android Studio with the Java programming language
