PERANAN MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN GARMENT (STUDI KASUS PT GUNUNG SALAK SUKABUMI)

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of knowledge
management, competitive advantage and employee performance in garment
companies. The company in its efforts to continue to exist in the business competition
in the garment sector with other competitors seeks to improve quality and quantity
through knowledge management. Companies have to adapt to knowledge management
as the business environment becomes more competitive. Companies must realize and
utilize their knowledge management to strengthen competitive advantage and
optimize employee performance in the company. Many experts have recently
highlighted knowledge management as a source of competitive advantage. This
technique allows the company to leverage its expertise to develop competitive
strategies. This study aims to ascertain the substantial impact of knowledge
management in companies, competitive advantage and employee performance. This
research approach is quantitative, with a questionnaire used to collect data. Analysis
of data processing used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least
Squares (SEM-PLS).
