Abstract
The main problem faced by Aki Koe-En Restaurant is the conventional food ordering process, which causes service delays due to the distance between customers and cashier that is quite far and the lack of real-time menu availability information. This research aims to design an effective and efficient food ordering system using the Zachman Framework to map needs from various organizational perspectives in a structured manner. The method used is a qualitative approach and is supported by the creation of a system prototype using Figma. The results of the study sHow that the system design is able to manage order, menu, and inventory data in an integrated manner, thereby increasing efficiency, reducing the potential for record errors, and making it easier for customers and admins/cashiers in their daily operations. The implementation of the Zachman Framework has proven to be effective as a guide tool for design, and testing with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method on internal stakeholders has received a positive response to the design and function of the system. The author hopes that the design of this ordering system can make it easier for programmers to develop and can be quickly implemented.
