Analisis Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Solvabilitas sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Sektor Perusahaan Basic Materials tahun 2021-2024 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study was conducted to analyze the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) proxied by the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, and Managerial Ownership on Company Value with Solvency as a Moderating Variable in the Basic Materials Sector from 2021 to 2024 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling was used, resulting in 17 companies in the basic materials sector with a total of 68 data observations. This study used a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). Data testing was performed using EViews 12 SV (x64). The results show that CSR Disclosure and Institutional Ownership have a significant positive effect on Firm Value, while Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, and Managerial Ownership have no significant effect. The Solvency variable is proven to moderate the effect of CSR Disclosure and Institutional Ownership on Firm Value with a negative coefficient, which means it weakens the relationship between the two. However, Solvency does not moderate the relationship between Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value.
