Abstract

Films contain two main elements that influence the storyline, namely narrative and cinematic elements. Mise en scene is the most important part of the cinematic elements, including everything that is seen in the front camera, such as set design, lighting, acting and movement of actors. This analysis aims to explore the application of mise en scene in the film Black Panther, a Marvel film that is famous for packaging a neat storyline and shooting. The main focus of this study is how visual elements such as costumes, make-up, and camera settings contribute to enhancing the artistic and cinematic experience of the audience. The Mise En Scene approach in this film provides deep insight into the importance of visual elements in the overall cinematic experience
