AUDIT APLIKASI MYJAPFA DENGAN COBIT 2019 DSS02 DI PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA TBK UNIT KLP 2

This study aims to evaluate the Governance of information systems in the MyJapfa application at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk unit Kalapanunggal 2 using the COBIT 2019 framework in the DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents). subdomain. This audit assesses the capability of managing incidents and service requests to improve operational effectiveness. The methods used include interviews, observations, and documentation related to application management. The results of the study indicate that the MyJapfa application has reached Capability Level 4 (Predictable Process), but enhancing system competitiveness requires business process optimization, IT management transparency, and stronger internal compliance. To improve the competitiveness and effectiveness of the system, business process optimization, IT management transparency, and strengthening internal compliance are needed. The implementation of an ERP system, risk mitigation strategies, and IT policy training are important steps in improving system efficiency and security. Periodic audits and more structured IT risk scenarios are needed to ensure the effectiveness of IT Governance. This study is expected to provide insight into improving technology-based incident and service request management and contribute to the development of information system audit studies with the COBIT 2019 framework in the agribusiness sector.
