SISTEM INFORMASI BERBASIS WEB SEBAGAI SARANA INFORMASI PEMERINTAH DESA CIBODAS MENGGUNAKAN METODE TOGAF ADM

Government Regulation No. 72 of 2005 concerning Villages defines a village as a legal community unit authorized to manage local interests based on its origins, customs, and traditions. Cibodas Village, located in Bojonggenteng Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency, with a population of 7,895 people, serves as a center for administrative services and public information. However, the village has faced limitations in transparency and data accessibility due to the absence of an integrated information system. This study aims to design and implement a web-based village information system using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) ADM methodology to improve data management, transparency, and service quality for the community.
The research results indicate that the implementation of the web-based information system significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of village data management, automating processes and reducing inconsistencies and human errors. Additionally, the system enhanced accessibility and affordability of information by enabling both the village government and the public to access real-time data, facilitating faster and more informed decision-making. This study confirms that designing and implementing a web-based inventory and village information system using TOGAF ADM is an effective solution for Cibodas Village to strengthen its information infrastructure. By leveraging appropriate technology and methodologies, the village can continue to adapt and develop in the digital era.
