IMPLEMENTASI TANGGUNG JAWAB NEGARA TERHADAP HAK KESEHATAN BAGI PASIEN HIV/AIDS STUDI KASUS KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

Human Immunodeficiency Virus is a virus that attacks the immune system which can weaken the body's ability to fight infections and diseases. People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) often face various problems in obtaining their health rights, despite efforts to provide better access. The type of research used is normative- empirical research, which digs up information in the field Normative-empirical research is used to analyze or find out the extent to which regulations or laws and laws that run effectively challenges HIV/AIDS handling programs in Sukabumi often face challenges, namely budget limitations and scarcity of antiretroviral drugs (ARVs). Efforts to prevent HIV/AIDS transmission are also carried out by increasing PDP services and VCT clinics at health centers, Rehabilitation Rehabilitation in HIV/AIDS management is aimed specifically at PLWHA who experience mental problems, difficulty controlling themselves. The HIV/AIDS response in Sukabumi district still faces various challenges, mainly related to budget availability, drug scarcity, and uneven access to health services. The Sukabumi District Government has made several efforts in HIV/AIDS response. This can be seen from the various efforts that have been made, such as the preparation of Regional Regulations, budget allocations, provision of health services, and prevention programs. Based on the results of the research, the author suggests that policy makers in Sukabumi City immediately take strategic steps to accelerate the achievement of HIV/AIDS elimination targets by 2030. The author suggests that the community should increase awareness and knowledge of the dangers of HIV.
