ANALISIS VALUASI SAHAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE DISCOUNTED CASH FLOWS (DCF) PADA SEKTOR PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (2020-2022)

This research is motivated by the increasingly developing economic level of Indonesian society so that this development triggers Indonesian people to invest, especially investment in the form of shares. The aim of this research is to assess the intrinsic price of a company's shares which will be compared with the stock market price so that it will determine the investment decisions that investors will take whether they are undervalued or overvalued using one of the fundamental analyzes namely the Discounted Cash Flows (DCF) approach. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. In this research there were 30 samples from Banking Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The results of the analysis in this research are the condition of Banking Sector shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period with the percentage of Banking Sector in 2020, 50% of Banking Sector shares in 2020 are undervalued or at a cheap value where the intrinsic value / fair value is higher than the price market, then 49% of Banking Sector shares in 2020 were in an overvalued condition or at an expensive value where the intrinsic value
/ fair value was lower than the market price and 1% of Banking Sector Shares in 2020 were in a Fairvalued condition or at the same value as the intrinsic value / fair value at market prices, investors should not buy these shares, while investors who own these shares should sell the shares if they want to get capital again.
