Abstract

The ability to think creatively and the achievement of student learning goals in elementary school determine the success of the learning process as well as the quality of education. This study discusses the analysis of the achievement of students' learning and creative thinking goals in science materials with the application of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) learning with the aim of finding out the extent of achieving learning objectives and developing students' creative thinking skills through the STEAM approach to science materials. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were grade V students of SDN Pasirdoton involving
10 samples. The data collection techniques used in this study are in the form of observations, questionnaires, questions and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of STEAM learning is relevant to the achievement of learning objectives and students' creative thinking skills. Therefore, it is necessary to implement STEAM learning more broadly in the sustainability of science learning to improve the quality of education.
