EVALUASI PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN K3 MENGGUNAKAN METODE HIRARC PADA PROYEK IRIGASI CIBEBER

This study aims to identify potential hazards and assess risks in the irrigation network improvement project in Cibeber, Tanjungsari Village, Curugkembar District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. Additionally, this study evaluates the effectiveness of the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (OSHMS) in reducing the risk of work accidents. The methods used include direct observation at the project site, interviews with workers, and analysis of HIRARC and OSHMS documents. The results showed that there are several potential hazards such as injuries caused by work equipment and dangerous work areas. The implementation of OSHMS has proven effective in reducing the risk of accidents, but there are still differences between the results of the HIRARC and OSHMS reports that need to be improved to enhance workplace safety in the future. Based on the research results, several recommendations are proposed, including intensive training for workers, regular inspections of work equipment, and a better incident reporting system.
