ANALISIS KEGAGALAN KERJA RELAY AUTO RECLOSE PMT 7AB3 DI GISTET SAGULING

In general, the electric power system consists of generator, transmission, and distribution. The substation is one of the most important components in carrying out energy distribution from generator to distribution. In distributing electrical energy, substations connected via overhead lines often disturbances, both permanent and temporary. As happened in the South Bandung 2 conductor bay at GISTET Saguling, where there was a temporary ground phase disturbance. If the disturbance is temporary, the PMT will trip for a moment, then the PMT is reclose by the auto-recloser relay, and then the final position of PMT is entered so the distribution of electrical energy continues. However, during this temporary disruption, it was found that PMT 7AB3 at GISTET Saguling failed to enter while PMT 7A3 succeeded in closing. In this case, an investigation will be carried out regarding the disturbance that occurred at the South Bandung 2 bay at GISTET Saguling. This analysis will also be carried out regarding the failure of the PMT 7AB3 Auto reclose relay at GISTET Saguling. The analysis carried out is to ensure conformity between the standard settings and the setting data on the relay, and an analysis will also be carried out on the Programmable Scheme Logic (PSL). Troubleshooting related to this problem is carried out by modifying the PSL program by disconnecting the L5 AR BLK 7AB masukan connection to the CB2 AR Block keluaran so that the AR Block does not work so that the auto-reclose relay can give the PMT command to reclose.
