Abstract
Tracer Study is one of the methods used by some colleges, especially in Indonesia, to obtain feedback from alumni [1]. The university needs to perform data searches for its graduation; this data can be used for various purposes, with the e-Tracer Study being an alternative medium for the collection of alumni data [3]. Nusa Putra University has been implementing Tracer studies since the founding of this college. The Tracer system is currently on different internal campus websites [9], [10], has limited access [11], and the data collection alumni still use Google Form. There is no special system or framework that meets the needs of the Tracer University of Nusa Putra study system. Therefore, a system-based framework is needed that can record and manage alumni data in a structured manner in the alumni tracking, survey, and alumni presence monitoring processes more effectively and efficiently. The TOGAF Framework was selected to design a system to be designed as a solution to the problems raised. TOGAF-ADM is a comprehensive framework for planning, planning, and implementing enterprise and information system architectures that has four main components: business architecture, data architecture, and application architecture. The design phase is carried out by designing the user interface and then testing the prototype using the System Usability Scale. Generates a value of 74.5 with adjective ratings belonging to good, including value C, and acceptability ranges belonging to acceptable. Overall, respondents rated the website Tracer Study by Nusa Son comfortable and easy to access and use.
