Abstract
Production scheduling planning is very important in the manufacturing industry, especially in the context of transformer production. The development of an effective and efficient production scheduling system is essential to improve the company's operational performance. This research aims to develop a web-based Resource Work Planning (RWP) system that includes automated production scheduling in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) section by applying the SCRUM method. The main focus of this research is to improve the efficiency of transformer production planning through the development of a production scheduling system. The SCRUM method is used to manage system development projects quickly and adaptively, allowing developers to easily adjust priorities and needs. Hopefully, the results of this research will provide solutions that improve the production planning process, so as to achieve higher operational efficiency.
