Abstract

3D printing is an improvement of printing technology that proves that there are major changes in the world, especially in the field of manufakur. Where Filament is chosen, PLA+ because it has a higher level of toughness, is stronger, stiff and provides better adhesion, toughness, and layer surface quality. And also uses the Taguchi L9 method because it is a quality improvement effort that focuses on improving product design and processes in order to obtain dimensional accuracy results with several parameter variations such as Nozzle Temperature 210,215,2200C, Print Speed 70,75,80mm/s, Wall Thickness 0,2,0,25,0,3mm. Measurements were made using a digital caliper to obtain a size value from the manufacture of specimens where the specimen size was 20mm on the same side. where specimen 6 has the closest or best dimensional accuracy, which is 20.05 mm with a difference from the size of the test specimen of 20 mm, which is 0.05 mm.
