IMPLEMENTASI CONTENT BASED FILTERING DAN VIRTUAL TOUR PADA WEBSITE SETIABUDI LAND

In the competitive property industry, innovation and utilization of information technology are key to strengthening marketing strategies. This research focuses on developing a recommendation system using Content Based Filtering with Random Forest Classification model and 360° Virtual Tour to increase the attractiveness and engagement of potential customers on the Setiabudi Land website. System inputs include consumer characteristics and preferences, with outputs in the form of housing recommendations. Confusion matrix evaluation shows consistent accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score performance of around 92-93% for housing name, house type, and house type. Functionality testing shows that the virtual tour feature functions well. The final test with User Acceptance reached 88.66%, indicating a high level of acceptance. This implementation can provide a more efficient solution for consumers in choosing property, so that it can improve the marketing strategy of Setiabudi Land developers.
