Abstract
Indoor air quality is influenced by household pollution and ambient air pollution from outside. Indoor air pollution is a dangerous thing where humans carry out most of their activities at home (indoors). Several previous studies have proposed indoor air quality monitoring systems. Based on the literature that has been studied, the opportunity that emerged from previous research is the change in the selection of the particulate matter 2.5 (PM2.5) monitoring sensor from the GP2Y1010AUF, which is a sensor not specifically for PM2.5, to the ZH03B sensor (a special sensor for measuring PM2.5). The intersection of three regulations regarding air quality (2 national regulations and 1 international regulation) produces 4 pollutants to be measured, namely pollutants PM2.5 (particulate matter 2.5), PM10 (particulate matter 10), NO2 (Nitrogen dioxide), and CO ( Carbon monoxide). The design is based on a literature review of components, calculations, and hardware and software required as a theoretical basis. Then the detection data is stored on the memory card and Google Sheets, and users can view the data history via the website published by Google Sheets. Apart from that, the kemampuannce value of the detection tool was also obtained when compared with other detectors, namely 93.55% for reading PM2.5 pollutants, 93.13% for PM10 pollutants, 97.10% for NO2 pollutants, and 96.60% for pollutants CO.
