Abstract

Data suggests that by 2024, there will be a 5.2% increase in global unemployment, influenced by global economic conditions besides the psychological aspects of the individual. The application of psychological aspects to the job seeking system is an attempt to suppress the increase in the percentage of unemployment that affects the match between job seekers and job recipients. Design thinking is a method used to design a prototype of a smart system that will be built using the Syatem Usability Scale (SUS) test technique. Using 63 respondents, the test results showed an average score of 80,8730159, which belongs to the grade A category with the 90th percentage range. As for the psychological aspects that enter the system, a correlation test of the Cramer coefficient (data nominal) was performed, with the result obtained being the value of Cramer V, or Cramerin coeffient, = 0.578 and the approximate sig, or significant value, = 0.003. Because the level of the critical value (α) = 0,000 ≤ α = 0.05 and has a value of the crater coefficients of 0.887, So Ho was rejected, meaning there was a significant correlation or relationship between psychology and the system.
