ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI ACCESS BY KAI : PERSONAL INNOVATIVENESS IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATOR

The large amount of transportation used in this era is one of the factors why many people choose transportation that can manage their time, for example train transportation. This research discusses how users of the Access By KAI application can meet their users' needs. Companies need insight into what factors can make their applications accepted by their users, especially those of working age. The research technique uses SEM techniques with the SMART PLS 3.0 application, with 308 respondents using the Access By KAI application. This research uses the EUCS method where there are 6 dependent variabels, namely Accuracy, Content, Format, Ease of Use, Timeliness and 1 moderator variabel, namely PIIT and the independent variabel, namely User satisfaction. The research results show that Format, Timelineess and PIIT have a significant effect on user user satisfaction. The expected effort is the need to increase accuracy, content and ease of use in order to increase user user satisfaction with the Access By KAI application.
