Abstract

Development of Computer-Based Online Exam Application (CBT) at Al- Ghifari Integrated Junior High School in Sukabumi Regency is a research that aims to develop a computer-based online exam application that can be used by students at Al-Ghifari Integrated Junior High School in Sukabumi Regency. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) system development method with stages such as needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. This research uses data collection methods through observation, interviews, and questionnaires given to students and teachers at the Al-Ghifari Integrated Junior High School in Sukabumi Regency. The data collected was then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The result of this research is a computer-based online exam (CBT) application that has been developed and can be used by students at Al-Ghifari Integrated Junior High School in Sukabumi Regency. In addition, this research also shows that the use of CBT applications can provide significant benefits for students and teachers, such as time efficiency in conducting exams, ease in managing questions and scores, and also providing opportunities for students to learn independently. In conclusion, the development of computer-based online examination (CBT) applications at Al-Ghifari Integrated Junior High School in Sukabumi Regency can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning and testing process, and provide benefits for students and teachers. So, it can be concluded that CBT applications can be a good alternative in optimizing the learning and testing process in schools.
