Abstract
This research is motivated by bullying cases that are very troubling and really need to be addressed strictly. Bullying can occur anywhere, anytime and to anyone. especially when this happens to elementary school children who are still said to be immature and can have fatal consequences on their socio-emotional development. the objectives of this study are (1) to find out how the socio-emotional development of children in class V in elementary schools in sukabumi district, (2) to find out how forms of bullying that occur in class V in elementary schools in sukabumi district, (3) to find out how the impact of bullying on children's socio-emotional development in class V in elementary schools in sukabumi district. the research approach used is qualitative with a case study research method. Research informants were taken according to the needs of researchers with the consideration of students who can communicate well so as to facilitate interviews as many as 1 student, 1 student's parent and also 1 class teacher. the sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling where sampling of data sources with certain considerations. the results of this study will describe how bullying impacts the socio-emotional development of elementary school children..
