Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of performance allowances on employee performance at the Sukabumi Communication and Information Office. The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire that is distributed directly to respondents. The quantitative data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The data collected was analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this research indicate that the influence of allowances has a significant influence on employee performance. Apart from that, work discipline also has a big influence on the performance of Sukabumi City Communication and Information Service employees. Through simultaneous testing, it was found that work allowances and work discipline together have a significant influence on employee performance in the Sukabumi City Communication and Information Service. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this research is acceptable. This research provides an important contribution in understanding how work benefits and work discipline can help improve employee performance
