TELAAH SKEMA PEMBIAYAAN PERMODALAN PADA PT. PNM MEKAAR SYARIAH (STUDI KASUS PT. PNM MEKAAR SYARIAH CABANG SUKABUMI)

This research aims to analyze whether the Sukabumi branch of PT PNM Mekaar in carrying out financing and capital is in accordance with sharia provisions or not. This research uses qualitative methods, the data source for this research is primary in the form of direct interviews with informants, and uses secondary data. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, as well as testing the validity of the data using triangulation. PNM Mekaar's lending practice uses a joint responsibility system without collateral or collateral. The view of sharia economic law is that the loan system at PNM Mekaar is permitted. PNM Mekaar's financing system already uses a sharia system because of the murabahah, mudaraba and murabahah contracts. The research results show that PNM Mekaar has implemented a sharia-based system, has implemented a joint responsibility program in accordance with articles 1278 to 1295, the rescheduling program aims to reduce installments so that the business Customers are back smoothly.
