Abstract
An important component of the structure and security of a building or property is a solid key business. PT. Prima Techno Pioneers. However, in this cutthroat market, customers' interest in purchasing may be greatly influenced by the service and marketing quality of the Sales Promotion Girl (SPG). This research aims to evaluate the impact of Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) promotions and service quality on interest in purchasing solid key. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to consumers who interacted with the Sales Promotion Girl (SPG). Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to test the relationship between promotions, Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) service quality, and interest in purchasing solid keys. Research findings show that SPG promotion and service quality contribute significantly positively to interest in purchasing solid keys. The implication of these results is the importance of effective promotional strategies and improving the quality of Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) services to increase consumer buying interest in solid key products.
