PENGARUH PENYALURAN KREDIT CEPAT AMAN (KCA) DAN KREDIT ANGSURAN SISTEM GADAI (KRASIDA) TERHADAP PENDAPATAN SEWA MODAL PADA PT. PEGADAIAN UPC CIBADAK

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the distribution of Safe Quick Credit (KCA) and Instalment Credit with Pawn System (Krasida) on the increase in rental income at PT. Pegadaian UPC Cibadak. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study includes all data on the distribution of Safe Quick Credit (KCA) and Instalment Credit with Pawn System (Krasida) as well as rental income data of PT Pegadaian UPC Cibadak over a certain period. The data collection technique used is documentation collection by gathering and studying information from various documents and existing data. The data analysis technique used is the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 27. The results of the study show that the variables of Safe Quick Credit (KCA) and Instalment Credit with Pawn System (Krasida) do not significantly affect the increase in rental income (Y). The results show that the calculated F value is 0.406, which means the calculated F value is greater than the F table (3.47), and the significance value (0.672) is greater than 0.05.
