Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the impact of workload and work motivation on teacher performance at SLBN 03 Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, this study involves 43 teachers as respondents and employs a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability for data collection, with sampling determined through probability sampling. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The measurement scale used is the Likert Scale. The data analysis technique employed in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 25 software. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance; meaning that the higher the work motivation, the better the teacher performance. Conversely, workload has a negative impact on teacher performance, meaning that the higher the perceived workload, the lower the teacher performance. Simultaneous analysis reveals that despite the negative influence of workload, work motivation still has a significant positive effect on teacher performance.
