Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of recruitment, selection, and job training processes on employee performance at PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia. The company's performance success is derived from the successful development and enhancement of high-quality and integrity human resources, which can be seen through recruitment, selection, and job training processes. Based on observations and interviews, PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia has experienced a decline in performance over the past few years, which is related to issues in the recruitment, selection, and job training processes. Therefore, this research was conducted. This research is a quantitative study with a case study and field research approach. The population in this study is PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia, consisting of 56 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The testing of this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The test results on t-test X1 obtained a sig value of 0.398 > 0.05 with a t-count value of 0.853 < t-table 2.003, meaning that the recruitment process does not significantly affect employee performance. In the t-test X2, the sig value obtained is 0.000 < 0.05 with a t-count value of 4.185 > t-table 2.003, meaning that selection significantly affects employee performance. In the t-test X3, the sig value obtained is 0.000 < 0.05 with a t-count value of 4.318
> 2.003, thus it can be concluded that job training significantly affects employee performance. Based on the simultaneous test (F-test), a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 with an F-count value of 53.729 < 2.550 was obtained, thus it can be concluded that recruitment, selection, and job training processes together significantly affect employee performance. Based on the influence of the recruitment, selection and job training processes, it is a good idea for companies to try various new things that might add improvement to the performance of company employees.
