Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia Cibadak Branch which is in the Sukabumi Area. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data used are primary data obtained using the questionnaire method which is distributed online to 60 samples, namely employees from PT. Telkom Indonesia Cibadak Branch. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS 26.0 Program. The results showed that all independent variables had a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Cibadak Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The coefficient of determination is 0.344, which means that the value of the contribution of the Reward and Punishment variables is 34.4% to the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Cibadak Branch. While the remaining 65.6% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
