Abstract
This research aims to see the impact of the culture shock phenomenon on communication adaptation and performance of Nusa Putra University students who are carrying out international internships in Taiwan. When carrying out an international internship, students will face a new environment and culture that has differences in language, culture, values and social norms. This will cause cultural shock or culture shock which will result in feelings of discomfort which will affect students' activities in society and in their work.
