PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI PEGAWAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) SE- KECAMATAN CIBITUNG.

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the work environment is conducive to ASN achievement motivation in improving teacher performance. This research can help improve working conditions and improve the quality of teaching in schools. This thesis uses a quantitative method by collecting data using a questionnaire distributed online. In this study, the sample used was 137 civil servant teacher respondents in the Cibitung sub-district. The results of this study show that the work environment and motivation have an influence on improving the performance of PNS teachers throughout Cibitung District.
