Criminal policies implemented to address cases of religious blasphemy through social media in Indonesia. The increasing phenomenon of religious blasphemy cases in the digital realm demands special attention to effective law enforcement strategies that align with the religious values of the community. This research will provide concrete recommendations for policy improvements that can enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement against religious blasphemy in social media. Through this approach, the research explores the effectiveness of penalties imposed on perpetrators of religious blasphemy and assesses the extent to which existing policies can address the dynamics and complexities of social media.
