REFORMULASI PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA CHILD GROOMING

In Indonesia, child care is still relatively unknown and rarely discussed. Media-based crimes, such as sending sexy images, sexy videos, sexy messages, and erotic audio are examples of criminal activities that develop using social media platforms. The aim of this research is to determine the regulations for child grooming crimes in Indonesia and to carry out an analysis of the reformulation of law enforcement regarding child grooming crimes. Researchers use normative juridical methods to answer how child grooming regulations are in Indonesia and the reformulation of law enforcement regarding child grooming crimes. The research results show that in Indonesia, child care legal regulations are still inadequate and unable to overcome new crimes emerging from social media. In order to ensure the safety of the nation's future generations, the Honorable Mr President Jokowi Dodo must issue a Perpu (Government Regulation in Lieu of Law).
