DAMPAK PERUBAHAN BENTUK NEGARA INDONESIA TERHADAP KONSTITUSI DAN KETATANEGARAAN

This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in a form of state, the impact studied is the impact on the constitution and the impact on state administration. This analysis was carried out using normative juridical research methods, this method focuses on collecting data through the study of legal documents and analysis of relevant legal regulations. The approach taken in conducting this research uses the Statute Approach method by analyzing laws and regulations, court decisions, legal documents, and relevant legal literature. With the discovery of the problem formulation, namely 1. What is the impact of changes in the form of the Indonesian state on the government system? And 2. What is the impact of constitutional changes and their implications for state institutions? provide research results if the form of the Indonesian state has changed in the future, then the impact of changes in the form of the state on the government system is that the system of government can change in accordance with changes in the form of the new state and the impact of changing the constitution and its implications for the political system there will be changes in the political system according to with the provisions of the new constitution.
