PEMENUHAN HAK-HAK KETENAGAKERJAAN PENYANDANG DISABILITAS DI INDONESIA MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 8 TAHUN 2016

As a rule of law, it is imperative for the State of Indonesia to protect the rights of Persons with Disabilities, as one of the constitutional rights as stipulated in Article 28 I paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This writing aims to see whether the current legal construction in Indonesia has been able to realize the fulfillment of labor rights and also justice for Persons with Disabilities, this embodiment includes aspects of the readiness of the Government as well as Law Enforcement Officials and Institutions in an effort to present a just law for Persons with Disabilities in accordance with stipulations in Law Number 8 of 2016.
