PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN, INKLUSI KEUANGAN, DAN FINANSIAL TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM DI KOTA SUKABUMI

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have played an important role in the global economy. The contribution of MSMEs has a huge impact on the Indonesian economy as this sector has a large contribution to GDP. MSMEs are fragile entities that are easily shaken by external issues such as economic and financial crises, disasters, or sudden changes in the business environment. But basically, there are many changes that MSMEs need to follow. They must begin to enrich their knowledge, follow digitalization, and explore financial management so that they can survive in today’s uncertain times. This study can find out how financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial technology affect the performance of MSMEs. This study uses primary data distributed by questionnaire. The sample in this study was 160 respondents from MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The sampling method used a simple random sampling method, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the variabels of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial technology influence the performance of MSMEs in Sukabumi City.
