Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of human resource function management and how the implementation of Human Resource Audit to assess the Effectiveness of Internal Control and provide recommendations or suggestions for various weaknesses found at PT. Fajar Tunggal Nasional.
This study is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that there are several weaknesses that cause the effectiveness, efficiency and economy of the Human Resource function to not be achieved, including the Recruitment process, Compensation and Rewards and Employee Job Satisfaction. The Human Resource Functions that have been running effectively are Human Resource Planning, Employee Selection and Placement, Employee Training and Development, Career Planning and Development, Performance Appraisal, Occupational Safety and Health, Employment Relations, and Termination of Employment (PHK).
