ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN DALAM MENENTUKAN STRATEGI SEKTOR PARIWISATA KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

This research is motivated by problems related to the development of the tourism industry in Sukabumi Regency, that internal and external factors from Sukabumi Regency tourism influence the development of the Sukabumi Regency tourism industry. Strategy formulation is carried out through a strategic management approach with two tools, including the SWOT matrix and IE matrix. The method used is a mixed method using sequential exploratory design. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method with a total of 3 sources. To determine the results of the input stage analysis, namely the IFE matrix, EFE matrix and CPM of. For the results of the matching stage analysis on the IE matrix and to determine the competitive position and quadrants on the grand strategy matrix. For the results of the decision stage analysis, alternative strategies for Sukabumi Regency tourism were used using QSPM analysis.
